Paprika Chicken

Ingredients You'll Need
3 lbs. cut-up chicken, skin removed
dash salt, optional
dash pepper
2 Tbs. white wine
1 Tbs. Hungarian sweet paprika
1 cup finely chopped onion
2 cups plain yogurt
1 cup sliced mushrooms
Directions
Arrange chicken in casserole.
Sprinkle with seasonings.
Add onion, mushrooms, and wine.
Cover.
Microwave at high 15-18 minutes or until juices run clear; turn and rearrange after half the time.
Remove chicken.
Skin fat.
Blend in yogurt.
Reduce power to 50%.
Microwave 1 ½-2 ½ minutes.
Pour over chicken.
Microwave entire dish on medium until heated through.
