Parmesan Pita Crisps

Why I Love This Recipe
These are good alone or with a topping. I used Rachael Ray's sweet pea and mint tapenade.
Ingredients You'll Need
Pita bread
Olive Oil
Parmesan cheese
Directions
Cut pita bread into triangles.
Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
Put under broil until cheese melts.
