Party Potatoes

This easy to assemble side dish can be made-ahead, frozen (uncooked or cooked) and reheated easily. It's been a gobbled up by 8 to 87 year olds as a filling comfort food.

Ingredients You'll Need
Casserole:
2 lbs. Frozen Hash Browns, thawed
1/2 cup Butter, Melted
1/4 cup Onions, Diced
2 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
16 oz. Sour Cream
1 can Cream or Mushroom or Celery soup
1 1/2 teas. Salt and Pepper
Crumb Topping:
2 cups Corn Flakes, Crushed
3 Tbs. Butter, Melted
Directions
In large bowl, mix together soup, sour cream, and butter.
Thoroughly mix in cheese, onions, and hash browns.
Salt and pepper.
Spread into 9" x 13" pan and bake in pre-heated oven at 350° for 45 minutes.
Mix together crushed Corn Flakes and melted butter.
Spread crumb topping evenly and bake for another 10 minutes.
