Ingredients You'll Need
1 # ground beef
2 sm onion, chopped
1 lg. carrot, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
2 cloves garlic, pressed
(2)-14.5 oz. diced tomatoes
15 oz. red kidney beans
15 oz. Great Northern beans w/liquid
45 oz. V-8
15 oz. tomato sauce
14 oz. beef broth
1 T. white vinegar
1 1/2 t. salt
1 t. oregano
1 t. basil
1/2 t. pepper
1/2 # short tube pasta, cooked and drained
Directions
Brown beef; drain. Add onion, carrot, celery & garlic. Cook 10 min. Add the rest of the ingredients EXCEPT the pasta and simmer for 1 hour. Before serving, add pasta to soup.
