Pasta summer salad

Why I Love This Recipe
This is a great summer barbecue salad take a long because you add what you want to add from the selections of veggies so available. It's so easy to make..I first came across this recipe at a barbecue of a friend and she told me how to make it and over the years I have changed it up a bit to my liking....you can do the same..
Ingredients You'll Need
I use 1 lb of tri color pasta cooked to your liking and the following
4 cucumbers peeled and chunked up
1 head of broccoli cut in small pieces
4 scallions sliced small
cherry tomatoes or chunk up 3 or 4 vine tomatoes
1 can black olives pitted
1 lb of cheddar cheese diced up in chunks ( can use whatever cheese you want in this dish or no cheese)
dressing:
16 oz bottle of Italian dressing
packet of dry Italian mix

the great thing about this salad is you can put in whatever you want to...you can add left over salami or pepperoni or even chicken
dressing is:
16 oz bottle of Italian dressing, I use light but you can use what you want and add a packet of dry Italian mix also...mix it all up with all the above ingredients and enjoy as all the wonderful flavors mix together THIS IS BEST ENJOYED AT ROOM TEMP or if you get the hunger for it in the middle of the night heat a dish of it for 30 seconds to 1 minute in microwave, the cheese starts to melt some..yummyyyyyyyyy!!!
PS....
you can also use angel hair pasta or whatever you want to actually...it's so easy to make..
