2 cups whipped cream
1/2 pound gorgonzola, crumbled

1 1/2 pounds fusillini or penne pasta

Directions
Cook onions in melted butter. Stir in thyme and add cream and cheese. Season with pepper. Cook pasta. Add sauce, stir in nuts. Sprinkle with cheese
