Peach Cheesecake

Why I Love This Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
15 reduced fat vanilla wafers, crushed (2 cups)
2- 8 oz. pkgs. fat free cream cheese, softened.
2/3 cup sugar ( USE SPLENDA)
3 egg whites OR 1/2 cup EggBeaters
2 tsp . vanilla
2 Cups FF Peach flavored Yogurt
2 TBLS Flour
Directions
Heat oven 300 degrees.
Spray spring form pan (9x3) with cooking spary. Or a 9 inch pie plate.
Sprinkle cookie crumbs over bottom of pan.
Beat Cream cheese till smooth.
Add yogurt and flour and beat till smooth. Carefully spread batter over cookie crumbs.
Bake 1 hour.
Turn oven off, cool in oven for 30 minutes with door closed.
Revemove from oven, cool 15 minutes.
Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
Garnish with a peach slice.
