Peach Cobbler

Ingredients You'll Need
1 quart of peaches (fresh or frozen)
2 tsp of cinnamon
1 egg
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of butter cubed
1 Tbsp of cornstarch
1 tsp of fruit fresh
2 cups of flour
1/2 cup of Crisco
1 tsp of salt
1 cup of ice water
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix peaches, cinnamon, egg, sugars, butter(cut in cubes), cornstarch and fruit fresh in a large bowl. Let sit while making cobbler dough. Mix flour, Crisco and salt until crumbly, add ice water until mixed. Roll out dough on floured surface to fit a 10x8 baking pan. Fill baking pan with peach mix. Decorate top with remaining dough. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees, reduce oven to 350 and bake for 45 minutes.
