Peaches n' Cream Pie

Why I Love This Recipe
this is one of my favorite pies!
Ingredients You'll Need
3/4 C flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
small pkg vanilla pudding (not instant) (1/2 cup)
3 Tablespoons butter
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 Tablespoon sugar
15-20 oz can sliced peaches-drain & save juice
8 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 cup sugar
3 Tablespoons peach juice
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Combine first 8 ingredients in bowl, beat 2 minutes at slow speed - pour into 10" pie pan.
arrange sliced peaches on batter.
beat cream cheese, sugar and peach juice for 2 minutes.
spoon over peaches to within one inch of edge.
Combine cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle over the cream cheese mixture.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 until golden
refrigerate 2 hours.
