1 package cream cheese (softened in microwave)
3/4 - 1 cup sugar (splenda)
1 cup peanut butter (i use low carb soynut butter) creamy or chunky
1 tbl vanilla (clear imitation vanilla has 0 carbs)
1 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 oreo pie crust (low carb graham crust)
1 cup crushed oreo (sugar free chocolate creme cookies)
Directions
mix (softened) cream cheese and sugar till creamy
mix in the vanilla to cream cheese mixture
add peanut (soynut) butter and mix well (will become a dense fluff)
in seperate bowl whip heavy cream till stiff (with mixer)
mix stiff cream and "nut" butter mixture together 1/3 at a time
scoop into pie crust
top with crushed oreos
8. refridgerate till ready to serve
