Ingredients You'll Need
1/4 c plus 2 tbsp. butter, room temperature
2 1/2 tbsp. water
1/4 c white sugar
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
2 c flour
3/4 c brown sugar
3/4 c plus 2 tbsp. peanut butter
3 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Cream butter.
Dissolve brown sugar in water.
Add peanut butter, white sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla to butter.
Beat 4 minutes.
Scrape down sides of the bowl.
Mix dry ingredients together, and add slowly to wet ingredients.
Add mixture to a greased 9x13 casserole dish.
Bake at 350* for 25-30 minutes.
