Peanut Butter Cacao - energy balls

Peanut butter and chocolate - do I need to say anything else?
Perhaps make a double batch !
Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 cup raw cashews
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup soft pitted dates (6)
3 Tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp water
pinch of salt (only if using unsalted peanut butter)
cacao powder for coating
Directions
Process all ingredients except for the water in a food processor.
When mixture resembles a fine meal, add the water.
Incorporate the water at low speed.
Scoop about 1 Tbsp of the mixture, press together and roll into a ball.
Roll the ball in the cacao powder and coat well.
Store in fridge or freezer.
