Ingredients You'll Need
1/3 - cup margarine
1/2 - cup peanut butter
1 - cup sugar
1/2 - tsp salt
1 - tsp vanilla
2 - eggs
1 - cup flour
1 - tsp baking powder
1 - cup coconut
Powdered sugar for topping
Directions
Mix first 6 ingredients and beat until mixed thoroughly.
Add flour and baking powder then mix together.
Add coconut and mix again.
Spread mixture into 13"x9" pan, not greased. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
When cool, cut into squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
