Peanut Butter-Chocolate Chip Snaps

Ingredients You'll Need
1-1/3 c. a.p. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 oz. unsweetened chocolate
2/3 c. peanut butter
2/3 c. honey
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 slightly beaten egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Directions
In a small bowl, cobine flour, baking soda,baking powder, and salt; set aside.
In a large saucepan, combine butter and unsweetened chocolate; heat over low heat, stirring constantly until melted.
Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter, honey,
brown sugar, egg and vanilla until smooth. Gradually stir in flour mixture.
Stir in walnuts and chocolate pieces. Drop by
rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart on
ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until edgesare firm. Let cool on cookie sheets 2 minutes. Transfer to wire rack; let cool.
Makes about 48 cookies.
