Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup shortening
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 3/4 flour
1 bag peanut butter morsels
Directions
combine sugars, shortening, peanut butter, vanilla and baking soda
blend well until smooth
beat in eggs
beat in flour
add peanut morsels and stir them into the batter
scoop onto cookie sheet with parchment paper
dip fork inti flour and press down cookies slightly
bake at 350 for 10 - 12 minutes and edges are browned
