Peanut Butter Hershey Kiss Brownies
Why I Love This Recipe
I kind of came up with this recipe last night when I was making brownies for my students. Turned out to be a big hit!
Ingredients You'll Need
1 box brownie mix (or can make from scratch - I didn't have the time)
2 eggs
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup oil (I used canola oil)
1/4 peanut butter
20-30 Hershey kisses (dark or milk chocolate, or hugs, which are my favorite)
Directions
Prepare brownies as directed on box, pour into greased pan.
Unwrap about 20-24 kisses and place in rows on top of brownies batter, place in oven. After about 5 minutes, remove pan from oven and with a knife, gently swirl the melted kisses into the batter and then place back in oven for remaining time.
After brownies cool, place peanut butter and remaining kisses in microwave safe bowl until melted. Stir together, and with spoon, drizzle over top of brownies. Very easy and very delicious!
