Peanut Butter blondies with white chocolate and pecans

Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup flour
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ cup butter, softened
½ cup smooth peanut butter
¾ cup light brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla
¾ cup toasted chopped pecans (optional)
½ cup peanut butter chips
½ cup white chocolate chips (subbed 1 cup semisweet for peanut butter and white chocolate)
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour 8 inch baking pan.
In small bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In large bowl cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars until smooth, 2-3 minutes. Add egg and vanilla, beat well. Add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Stir in nuts and chips, reserving 2 Tbs of each.
Spread batter into pan. Sprinkle reserved nuts and chips on top and gently press into batter. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until cake tester comes out with moist crumbs. Allow to cool to room temp or overnight.
