Ingredients You'll Need

2 cups radicchio, chopped
1 pear, sliced thinly
1/4 cup walnuts, toasted
1/4 cup chèvre (goat cheese), crumbled
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Pinch of salt and pepper


Directions

Wash and chop the radicchio into bite-size pieces.
Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl or shaker.
Toast the walnuts in a skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly for about 2-3 minutes. Let them cool.
Compose the salad by layering radicchio, pear slices, toasted walnuts, and chèvre.
Drizzle with the homemade vinaigrette.
Optional: add fresh parsley leaves for garnish.
