"I actually do not like Blue cheese, but this dip which was made by my Grandma is the best!"
Serves 10 | Prep Time 15 min | Cook Time 15 minWhy I Love This Recipe
Something my Grandma used to make for all family gatherings. Always reminds me of her.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 block of Cream Cheese
1 tub of crumbled Blue Cheese
2-4 shakes of Worcestershire sauce (for smoky flavor)
4-8 oz of pecans sliced, minced etc
1-2 tbs of fresh parsley Chopped
1 tsp of lemon juice
Directions
1. Set out cream cheese to soften when able to knead it easily move to step 2
2. Mix all ingredients together, I use my hands like a savage but I find it works best as the consistency can be tough to really get a utensil to work.
3. Serve immediately, or let chill to allow the flavors to marinate a bit.
**May need to use a cheese spreader as it is fairly thick. Also it chilled let sit out 30mins before serving as it can be HARD.
