Why I Love This Recipe

Raw Vegan treats can be eaten by anyone that enjoys a protein sweet treat.

Refined sugar free, gluten free, no flour, vegan.

Have fun making them, share them, but most of all, keep making them. In no time you will get the hang of how the ingredients work together and you will come up with your own favorite variations.


Ingredients You'll Need

1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup hemp hearts
1/4 cup cacao
1/2 cup soft pitted dates
2 - 4 Tbsp nut butter
water or nut milk as needed
pinch of salt

Coating ideas
hemp hearts, coconut, cacao, sesame seeds.


Directions

Using your food processor, blend the ingredients until you reach a consistency that will hold together when you press and roll it into a ball.
Add a little water if needed.


Scoop and roll with your hand into balls.
Roll in the coating you have chosen.
Store in your fridge or freezer.
