Ingredients You'll Need

4 Extra thick pork chops
4 T prepared mustard
4 T flour
4 T brown sugar


Place pork chops baking dish. Over each chop, put 1 T flour, 1 T mustard, and 1 T brown sugar. Bake uncovered at 325° for 1 1/2 hours. Baste during last 30 minutes of baking.
