Why I Love This Recipe

I like this recipe because it is good, and an easy meal to make. It also, pairs good with a piece of bread or a salad.


Ingredients You'll Need

1 ½ boxes of oven ready Lasagna noodles
1 10 oz. of boxed frozen spinach (unthawed)
24 oz. container of ricotta cheese
3-4 cups of cheese (any kind of cheese like Mozzarella, Italian style)
45 oz. of Prego traditional Italian sauce
½ pound of pepperoni


Directions

1.) Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and spray the pan.


2.) Empty ricotta cheese into a medium size bowel.


3.) Drain spinach and add to ricotta cheese with a little bit of cheese and stir.


4.) Add a small layer of sauce to the bottom of the pan.


5.) Cover bottom of pan with noodles.


6.) Add a little bit of sauce and ricotta, spinach, and cheese mixture.


7.) Keep layering the noodles, sauce, and ricotta, spinach, and cheese mixture until you reach the top of the pan.


8.) Add the pepperoni in each layer or just on top.


9.) Add the rest of the sauce and ricotta cheese.


10.) Add cheese to the top of the lasagna.


11.) Put foil over lasagna.


12.) Bake for 45-1 hour


13.) Take out of the oven and enjoy.
