Wax paper
Toothpicks
2 cups Colby Jack Cheese
1 pkg pepperoni
Directions
Flatten chicken to 1/4 inch thick
Layer cheese and pepperoni over entire breast
Roll all together and hold together with toothpicks
Roll in egg wash then dip in breadcrumbs
Fry chicken until golden brown
Cook on 350 for 30-45 minutes
