Perfectly Chocolate Chocolate Cake

Why I Love This Recipe
Can't beat a chocolate cake. I like this one because it uses cocoa and it is really chocolaty
Ingredients You'll Need
2 cups sugar
1 3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup boiling water
Frosting
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla.
Beat for 2 minutes on medium speed.
Stir in boiling water. (Batter will be thin). Pour into two 9” round greased and floured pans.
Bake 30 - 35 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes.
Remove from pans to wire rack. Cool completely.
Frost.
