Pickled Radish With Meyer Lemon Juice

Ingredients You'll Need
15-20 Red Radishes
1 Cup of Meyer Lemon Juice (or regular lemon juice)
1/2 bunch of Cilantro copped
1/2 cup Red Onion chopped
1/2 Jalapeño chopped
Salt to taste
1. Slice Radish into this slices, then place in a bowl with Meyer Lemon Juice.
2. Add in chopped Cilantro, Onion, Jalapeño and salt
3. Mix all ingredients together, then cover and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
