Picnic Cake

Why I Love This Recipe
My Daughter-in-law, Rona, makes this cake for her family's birthdays. It is so good, and stays so moist. She gave me the recipe, and now it is my husband's favourite cake.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 cups all-purpose flour,
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 cup cocoa, sifted
2 cups white sugar
1 cup canola oil
1 cup hot coffee
1 cup milk
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Grease the pan well,or line with parchment paper.
In large bowl, mix dry ingredients. Add oil, hot coffee and milk. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until combined. Scrape into pan.
Bake in 325F oven until top springs back when lightly touched and toothpick inserted in centre of cake comes out clean.
Top with your favourite icing.
