If you love pierogis but don’t want to go through the hassle of making homemade this is the answer. Great for serving to a large crowd or cookout.

Ingredients You'll Need
Butter 3 sticks
Instant mashed potatoes
Mafalda noodles 16 oz.
Block cheddar cheese
Sauté onions (2 or more) in 2 sticks of melted butter.
Make instant mashed potatoes for 8 servings according to package directions and set aside.
Boil Mafalda noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Melt another stick of butter in the bottom of a large baking dish. Place the remaining ingredients in the baking dish and mix together or layer ingredients separately to your liking. I always mix together to ensure each scoop contains all ingredients.
Bake at 350* for 30 minutes
