Why I Love This Recipe

I don't really think I need to say anything about this one! Everybody seems to love it. This is the one I make at Christmas in miniature for everyone!

Ingredients You'll Need

2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained very well*
1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
2 T finely chopped onion
1 t Lawry's seasoned salt - other brands may change the flavor
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans, divided

*Important: the pineapple must be drained very well, or your cheese ball will be runny. I usually push it through a small strainer to get all of the juice out.

Combine cream cheese, pineapple, bell pepper, onion and Lawry's. Mix well.

Fold in 1/2 cup of chopped pecans.

Chill for at least 30 minutes.

Shape into ball and roll in pecans. You can make two smaller balls if you want.
