Pineapple Salsa

Why I Love This Recipe
"Great new twist for a salsa...great with chips and added to suggested dishes (see Recipe Tips)...Marisa Heymann taught me this recipe and it has become one of my favorites!" ~ Judy
Ingredients You'll Need
1 can Crushed Pineapple
1 can Tidbit Pineapple
2 Serrano Chile Pepper, Minced
Fresh Cilantro, Finely Chopped
Directions
*Finely mince the serranos and add to bowl with the pineapple
*Finely chop the cilantro and add to the bowl (unfortunately I am completely guess on the amount of cilantro...it doesn't take much! If you add too much it will not only be too strong, but will remove the spiciness...start slow and add as necessary....if too spicy just add more cilantro)
Recipe Tips:
*Best way to use up salsa (or make a new batch specifically for this dish) is combine pineapple salsa with fresh cut strawberries and use as a relish/topping over grilled chicken...it is incredible! Sounds like a weird combination, but really...it works...just the salsa on ham or chicken is delicious as well
*I have accidentally used 2 cans of crushed pineapple and it works just fine too
