Pistachio Parmesan Truffles

Ingredients You'll Need
4 cups grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups ricotta cheese
½ t group cayenne pepper
2 cups chopped pistachio nuts
Directions
Mix cheeses and cayenne pepper. Form mixture into small balls.
Roll in pistachios.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Serve with warm toasted french bread.
