Pita Filled Falafel, Couscous & Fixins

Ingredients You'll Need
Whole Foods whole grain pita bread
-box of falafel mix (we get ours from Whole Foods)
-box of whole wheat couscous (preferably seasoned)
-container of hummus
-fresh, shredded romaine
-freshly diced tomatoes
-taziki sauce (home-made or store bought)
Directions
This is one of our favorites meals. It's quick and is yummy left-over. The instructions are pretty much self-explanatory.
