Pizza Casserole

Why I Love This Recipe
Leave out the pepperoni & sausage for a vegetarian meal, add any veggies and meat of choice
Ingredients You'll Need
15 Thinly Sliced Pepperoni
1 lb Sausage
2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
15 oz Pizza Sauce
8 can Tomato Sauce
6 can Tomato Paste
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Oregano
3 Garlic Cloves
1/2 Onion
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Rotini Pasta
Salt & Pepper To Taste
Directions
Oven Temperature: 350°F
*Preheat oven to 350
*Chop onion & garlic
*Heat oil in pan over med-high heat; add onion and garlic and cook 2 minutes
*Add in sausage and break it up until it is cooked through; drain grease; add salt & pepper; set aside
*Boil 2 quarts water; add a pinch of salt and splash of oil to the water; boil pasta in the water 7 minutes or until soft; drain and set aside
*In the onion pan, combine pizza sauce, tomato sauce, tomato paste, oregano, and sugar; warm 5 minutes
*In a large bowl, mix pasta and the sauce; add the meat mixture and stir
*In a 9x12 baking dish, place 1/2 the pasta mixture; layer with 1 cup of mozzarella; top with remaining pasta mixture; sprinkle on remaining cheese; top with pepperoni
*Bake 30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted
