Ingredients You'll Need
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 whole bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until sauce starts to boil.
Lower heat and simmer, covered,for 30 to 45 minutes or until it is as thick as you like it
