"Pizza on a meatball meatloaf yummm"

Why I Love This Recipe

I had to grab a pic off the internet because I couldn't find a pic for this one on my computer. But this pic is kinda close to how it looks

Ingredients You'll Need

3 Lbs Hamburger (remove 1/4 C and cover and put in fridge 'til making sauce)
1 -2 yellow cooking onion rough chopped small
2 cloves of garlic minced or garlic powder
Opt: 1-2 TBS crushed pineapple
abt 1/2 -1 tsp parsley
salt and pepper
2-3 eggs
3 TBS grated parmesan cheese
1-2 tsp romano cheese
1/2 -1 tsp oregano crushed between fingers when adding to meat mix
2- 2 1/2 C regular seasoned breadcrumbs

1/4 c of ground beef that was set aside
1 onion rough chopped
1 green bell pepper rough chopped small
1 jar any multi-cheese pasta sauce (we're using classico 4 cheese right now )

sliced white button mushrooms cooked in butter
yellow cooking onions rough chopped small cooked in butter
red bell pepper rough chopped small and cooked in butter
Opt: crushed pineapple
yellow banana peppers thin sliced
Opt: olives
abt 1/2 c cooked mild italian bulk sausage made into tiny balls then flatten a little before frying
shredded mozzarella cheese
Opt: sliced provolone cheese


Meat mix: Mix all together then shape over a clean 8 in square baking pan flipped over and put meat on top then spread some down each side abt 1-2 inches then flip it and off the baking pan into bigger baking pan leaving the center depression on the top. add a lil water to the pan and cover and bake about 1 hour then uncover and bake 'til cooked all the way through.
Sauce: brown meat in a lil water strain add onion and green pepper and cook 'til soft. add jar of sauce. spread a layer of sauce in the depression then pour the rest around the outside of the loaf
Toppings: add the rest of the toppings into depression but if using sliced provolone add that 1st. Then put back in oven until cheese is melted.
