1 lb ground chuck
1 cup shredded moz. cheese
1 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup bread crumb
1 egg
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix meat, 1/2 cup cheese, egg, 1/2 cup sauce and bread crumbs. Make into loaf and place in a shallow pan. Bake for approx 35 minutes. Pour remaining sauce and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Continue to bake approx 10 minutes until cheese is melted. I also added more sauce and cheese on top.
