Ingredients You'll Need
PLUM CAKE:
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 small (4 oz) jars red plum baby food
2 cups flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red food color
1 /2 tsp baking soda
1 cup chopped pecans
Glaze:
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 Tbsp milk
Directions
Plum cake: Mix together in order given. Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Cool about 15 minutes before removing it from the pan.
Glaze: Mix powdered sugar and milk ·and pour over cake while still warm.
