Plum Oatmeal Bread

Ingredients You'll Need
4 cups flour
1 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups rolled oats
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup oil
30-ounce can plums
Directions
Combine dry ingredients.
Remove pits from plums and cut up. Reserve juice. Add enough water to plum juice to make 1 1/2 cups liquid.
Combine wet and dry ingredients.
Bake at 350 degrees for 70 minutes in 2 greased loaf pans or 3 greased bread tubes.
