Why I Love This Recipe

Delicious and easy...great combination! I got this recipe from my friend Joan. It has become a family favorite and has even passed my "Mike" test on how tasty it is ha ha

Ingredients You'll Need

4 rib pork chops, about 3/4 in. thick. (I prefer boneless chops but either will work)
1 green pepper cut into strips
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. oil
8 oz pineapple chunks and juice
1/3 cup Heinz 57 Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

In a skillet, brown chops in the oil; drain. Season chops with salt and pepper. Combine the pineapple with juice, green pepper, sauce and brown sugar. Pour over the chops. Cover and simmer 50 to 60 minutes or until chops are tender. Remove chops and set aside. Thicken the sauce with cornstarch and water mixture. Pour over chops. Serve over a bed or rice or egg noodles. Serves 4. This is an easy recipe to double or triple!
