Ingredients You'll Need
4 TBLS soy sauce
2 TBLS rice vinegar
1 1/2 TBLS brown sugar
1 TBLS fresh orange juice
1 TBLS fresh lime juice
1 tsp minced ginger
2 TBLS very finely snipped fresh chives
Directions
Combine all ingredients.
Serve with sushi, tatake, as a fondue dipper or try it to replace plain soy sauce!
