Poppys Seed Bundt Cake

Why I Love This Recipe
think this is probably my mother's favorite cake recipe. I make it a lot of times for funerals. When we first tried this recipe, it was before they added pudding right into the cake mix. The newer mixes all have pudding in the mix now and that's a good thing for this cake. It just makes it that much more moist!
Ingredients You'll Need
1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1/4 c. poppyseed
1 small box instant coconut cream pudding mix
1 c. water
Directions
Beat all together for 4 minutes. Grease and flour bundt cake pan. Pour cake into prepared pan & bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes or so. Drizzle powdered sugar glaze over top.
