Porcupine Meatballs

Why I Love This Recipe
My Mema used to make this for me, it is one of my favorites. Not only was it good but it was done w/love, my family loves it too.

Ingredients You'll Need
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
1 slightly beaten egg
1 tbsp. snipped or dried parsley
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 10 % oz. can of condensed tomato soup
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Combine meat, rice, egg, parsley, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup condensed tomato soup. Mix thoroughly; shape into about 20 small balls and place in a skillet. Mix remaining soup, water, and Worcestershire sauce, pour over meatballs. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer 40 minutes, stirring often. Serve with mashed potatoes or other favorite side dish.
