"Using the ever popular Porcupine meatball recipe in a meatloaf form!"

Why I Love This Recipe

Who doesn't like porcupine meatballs? Now in a quicker easier meatloaf form :)


Ingredients You'll Need

Aprox. 3 lbs Hamburger
2 - 3 yellow cooking onions diced
instant white rice
OPT: 1-4 eggs
1- 2 green peppers minced (or one each of green and red bell peppers)
1 cup Cabbage minced (opt)
garlic powder, parsley
salt
pepper
1 lg family size Campbell's tomato soup
1 - 2 small cans Campbell's tomato soup


Directions

Mix all ingredients except tomato soup and shape into meatloaf shape in the center of a roaster or 9x13 or bigger pan leaving room on all sides for tomato gravy


Pour tomato soup in large bowl add some salt and pepper stir and pour over meatloaf and all around it


Cover with tin foil and bake at 350F until done! Stirring and putting soup on meatloaf a few times while baking.(can add water if needed)


When done remove foil and brown in oven


Pairs Well With

Instant white rice to pour tomato gravy on :)
