Organic strawberry applesauce:
2 cups organic strawberries
6 organic gala apples
1/2 lemon juiced
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 or 3 pork chops
2 tbs olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Peel and core the apples
Prep the strawberries
Boil apples and strawberries for 10 minutes or until soft
Place apples,strawberries,lemon juice and cinnamon in vitamix
Blend until smooth
Set aside until later
Place pork chops in glass pan and poke with fork
Cover in olive oil, salt and pepper
Grill until thoroughly cooked
Drizzle warm strawberry applesauce over pork chops and serve with your fave side dish.
