Pork Chops with Herb Mustard Butter

Super easy and tasty. Pork makes a nice alternative to chicken and beef.
Ingredients You'll Need
4 1/2 inch thick bone-in pork chops
1/2 tsp coarse salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/4 C (2 oz) softened
1/4 C chopped flatleaf parsley, plus more for garnish
2 Tbsp honey mustard
1 tsp chopped fresh sage
Directions
Heat broiler with oven rack 5 inches from heat. Sprinkle cops evenly with salt and pepper and place on wire rack in a foil-lined broiler pan.
Mix together butter, parsley, honey mustard and sage in a small bowl until blended. Top each chop with 1 round tablespoon of the butter mixture.
broil 8-10 min or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Garnish with additional parsley.
