Why I Love This Recipe

This gravy is truly delicious. When my cousin first described this recipe to me (which she got from someone in her husbands family) I thought it sounded like a strange combo. Then she made it for me and I loved it. It's now one of my favorite pork chop recipes.

Ingredients You'll Need

2 large pork chops with bone
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 can tomato soup
1/2 cup water


Heat olive oil and saute onion. Add pork chops to pan and cook until browned. Add tomato soup and water and simmer 30-40 minutes or until pork is tender. Serve with mashed potatoes
