6 thick pork chops
2 tablespoons bacon grease
salt, garlic salt, pepper
1 16 oz bag of carrots, cut in 2" pieces
1 small head of cabbage, shredded
1 pound mushrooms
1/3 cup flour
1 1/2 cups apple juice
2 pounds small red potatoes
1 small whole onion
Directions
Coat chops with four and brown in bacon grease. Remove and add remaining flour to grease. Stir in apple juice and seasoning. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. In 5 quart baking dish, add meat, potatoes, onions, carrots, cabbage and mushrooms. Cover and bake 3 hours in slow oven of 250-300 degrees.
