Ingredients You'll Need

4 lbs. pork roast, cubed
3 c. chopped celery
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 large onion chopped
1 can mushrooms and juice
1 can sauerkraut (drain)
1 pkg. egg noodles
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup


Brown cubed pork; add celery, onions, onion soup, mushrooms with juice and salt and pepper to taste.

Cook until pork is tender; add all the rest of te ingredients, mix throughly.

Bake in medium roaster at 350 degrees for 2 hrs.
