Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup Water
1/2 White Onions, Sliced
1 pkg Dry Au Jus Mix
2 lb Beef Roast
12 Hoagie Rolls, Split
Sliced Bell Peppers Of Choice
Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
Directions
*Stir together water, onion, au jus mix in a slow cooker; Add beef, cover, and cook on high for 5 hours, or until tender
*When tender, shred with two forks, and continue cooking on low for to 2 hours
*Open and toast hoagie buns, spoon meat mixture into center, top with peppers and cheese, and broil until cheese is melted
Recipe Tips
*Don't have time for slow cooker, you can substitute with sliced roast beef and au jus mix, follow directions on au jus packet and follow the serving directions from here
