Potato & Ham Chowder

Ingredients You'll Need
2 Tbsp Butter Or Margarine
1 lb Red Or Thin-Skinned Potatoes, Cut In Chunks
1 cup Onion
5 cup Milk
3 Tbsp Flour
8 oz Fully Cooked Ham, Cut In Chunks
Directions
*Melt butter in 3 qt pot over medium heat; stir in potatoes and onion; cover and cook about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally (potatoes will be almost tender)
*Whisk 1/2 cup milk with flour until smooth; stir in potatoes with remaining milk and ham
*Bring to a boil over med-high heat, stirring often
*Reduce heat to med-low heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes
