Using frozen hash browns makes this an easy recipe.
Ingredients You'll Need
4 c peeled, cubed potatoes or frozen hash browns
4 c chicken broth
1/2 c chopped onions
8 oz cream cheese
1 T dill
Directions
Cook first three ingredients until tender, then puree or mash.
Add cheese and dill, heating, stirring until melted together.
